The Vision

Connect the rich heritage of Mandarin Oriental’s hospitality and exceptional service into a modern, digital, experiential brand that brings luxury travelers an authentic sense of place.

  • Brief: Mandarin was working with Valtech to re-platform an aging web property. I joined the Valtech team as part of a strategic shift to redesign the website during the re-platforming process.
  • Idea: Build a customer centric transactional sales platform to build loyalty with new guests and fans alike.
  • Goal: Increase online revenue and engagement with the fan membership program.

To capture the new luxury “experience-seekers” the creative team built an emotional connection.

A place for every destination: Dynamic templates designed to highlight MO’s exceptionally located properties — and the experiences they offer throughout the world - each with it’s own sense of place.
